• Insurance details — provider name and member ID when you choose to share them.
• Application materials — resume, certificate, photo, and answers submitted via our Careers form.
• Technical data — basic device, browser, and analytics data to keep the site secure and fast.

2. How we use information

• To dispatch crews, confirm bookings, and provide transportation services.
• To respond to questions, complaints, and feedback.
• To review job applications and contact candidates.
• To meet legal, billing, insurance, and regulatory obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with people and partners that help us deliver transports or run our business — such as crews, hospitals or facilities involved in your transport, insurers, our technology providers, and authorities when required by law.

Submissions through this website are stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Uploaded documents are kept in a private storage area only our team can access. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure — please do not send highly sensitive details you would not want to share over standard email.

5. Retention

We retain transport and application records only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to comply with legal and insurance requirements, then we delete or de-identify them.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email admin@emsopshub.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
